Shanghai is a city that never stands still. Here you stand among modern skyscrapers and suddenly walk past an ancient temple a few streets away. On the river you see the Bund with its historic buildings, while on the other side the towers of Pudong shoot into the sky. It is precisely this combination of modern and classic that makes the city truly unique.
Besides the city itself, there is another reason to visit Shanghai: Shanghai Disneyland. Here you will experience the Disney magic in a park designed specifically for China, with themed areas and attractions you won't find anywhere else. Florivida is a specialist in Disney travel and helps you easily combine your visit to Disneyland with the city. That way you make the most of your time, without having to figure everything out yourself.

Practical Tips
A few practical tips will make your stay in Shanghai a lot easier and more enjoyable.
- Best travel time - Spring and fall (April-May and September-October) are ideal. Summer can be very hot and crowded, while winter is cold but often clear.
- Flight time - From the Netherlands, you fly directly to Shanghai in about 11 hours. There are also routes with a transfer, depending on the airline.
- Transportation in the city - The subway is fast, affordable and easy to use with English-language signs. Cabs and Didi (the Chinese version of Uber) are good alternatives.
- Time difference - In Shanghai, it is 6 hours later than in the Netherlands during our winter time. During daylight saving time, this increases to 7 hours later, as China itself does not have daylight saving time.
- Payment Resources - Cash is used less and less, apps like Alipay and WeChat Pay are popular. With an international credit card, however, you can also get by just fine.
