After making a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. This contains a summary of everything that has been recorded for you. You will also find the full travel sum, the amount to be paid and the remaining amount. You can pay this amount at Florivida via Ideal, Bancontact or via bank transfer.
It is not possible at Florivida to settle trips with credit cards, PayPal or other payment services.
How annoying that you intend to cancel your trip. On all cancellations, our terms and conditions or when booking shared different booking conditions apply. Cancellation is only possible in writing. Please have the main booker contact us by email for more information and to initiate the cancellation. You can send us an email to reizen@bltg.nl.
Because virtually all of our trips are customized, each trip has a unique price. For example, the cost of accommodations and airfare depends on current availability and travel period. In addition, numbers and ages of the travel party also affect prices.
With all our trips you will therefore find only an entry-level price. This is the minimum price for the trip based on 2 persons (or 4 persons in the case of trips where a private villa is included). This price is based on a low season period which is usually outside the Dutch school vacations. The low season differs per destination and therefore we also indicate in the information button next to the starting price on which period this starting price is based. Even within that period it is possible that the price is higher.
If you are completely flexible in your travel date, we always manage to offer the starting price at least on a number of dates per year.
Sure! Florivida is a reputable travel organization that is affiliated with ANVR, VZR and the Calamity Fund. This guarantees you that your booking will be made safely and securely.
ANVR: All members of the Algemene Nederlandse Vereniging voor Reizigers guarantee fair terms and conditions, safe handling of your data, sending you on your trip responsibly, that your payment is in good hands and fair complaint handling.
VZR: VZR coverage applies to every package tour organized by Florivida. This means that your payments are covered against the unexpected financial insolvency of Florivida, so that you can still go on vacation or get your money back.
Calamity Fund: The emergency fund coverage applies to all Florivida package tours. Should you have to deal with a calamity, such as a natural disaster or terrorism, you will receive (part of) your travel sum back.
At Florivida, we organize several beautiful group tours every year. All our group tours can be found on this page find. Please fill in the booking form if you wish to make a booking for one of our group tours. If a trip is fully booked then it is possible to sign yourself up for the waiting list, this can be done via the waiting list button on the trip page.

Of course! Even after booking your trip, Florivida remains your point of contact. You can always contact us by phone or e-mail with your travel related questions during the preparation of your trip.
Approximately 10 days prior to your trip, you will receive final travel documents from Florivida containing our emergency contact information. Florivida has an emergency number that can be reached 24 hours a day in case of an immediate emergency during your trip.
At Florivida, we always offer customized trips at a fair price. Therefore, you will find fewer offers and bargain prices than with some other travel providers. If we do have an offer on one or more of our trips, we will inform you about it on this website, our social media channels and through our newsletter.
