Because virtually all of our trips are customized, each trip has a unique price. For example, the cost of accommodations and airfare depends on current availability and travel period. In addition, numbers and ages of the travel party also affect prices.

With all our trips you will therefore find only an entry-level price. This is the minimum price for the trip based on 2 persons (or 4 persons in the case of trips where a private villa is included). This price is based on a low season period which is usually outside the Dutch school vacations. The low season differs per destination and therefore we also indicate in the information button next to the starting price on which period this starting price is based. Even within that period it is possible that the price is higher.

If you are completely flexible in your travel date, we always manage to offer the starting price at least on a number of dates per year.

At Florivida, we always offer customized trips at a fair price. Therefore, you will find fewer offers and bargain prices than with some other travel providers. If we do have an offer on one or more of our trips, we will inform you about it on this website, our social media channels and through our newsletter.

After making a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. This contains a summary of everything that has been recorded for you. You will also find the full travel price, the amount to be paid and the remaining balance. We require a deposit of 35% of the total travel price. At least 60 days before departure, the full amount must be paid. You can pay this via Ideal, Bancontact or bank transfer. 

It is not possible at Florivida to settle trips with credit cards, PayPal or other payment services.

Of course! Even after booking your trip, Florivida remains your point of contact. You can always contact us by phone or e-mail with your travel related questions during the preparation of your trip.

Approximately 10 days prior to your trip, you will receive final travel documents from Florivida containing our emergency contact information. Florivida has an emergency number that can be reached 24 hours a day in case of an immediate emergency during your trip.

At Florivida, we organize several beautiful group tours every year. All our group tours can be found on this page find. Please fill in the booking form if you wish to make a booking for one of our group tours. If a trip is fully booked then it is possible to sign yourself up for the waiting list, this can be done via the waiting list button on the trip page.

Yes, you are also welcome if you do not live in the Netherlands! It is also possible to depart from Brussels on request.

In most cases this is not a problem. Often we have already put together an extension package for you. Just let us know before booking that you want to extend your trip, and we will take that into account in the travel proposal.

Freedom to do what you want is very important to us! Of course we have great activities on the program every day, but that doesn't mean you are obligated to join. So if you want to deviate from the program on your own, that's no problem at all! Nothing must, everything is allowed... after all, it is vacation!

Yes indeed, about half of our travelers travel solo. So you are definitely not the only one.
If you are traveling alone, you have the choice of booking a room by classification. In that case, you share a room with a travel companion of the same sex and thus pay your travel fare based on 2 people per room. However, it is also possible to book a room for yourself alone. 

After making a booking (and with guaranteed departure of your trip, i.e. enough participants) you will receive information from us for an online introductory meeting and about a private Whatsapp group. Here you can meet the participants of your group and get to know each other. Not every participant will use the possibility to communicate with other travel companions in advance: it is not an obligation, but it is fun.
