With as many as 8 themed areas, each with its own story and atmosphere, there is something for everyone:
- Mediterranean Harbor: Immediately upon entering, your gaze falls on this extraordinary Mediterranean port town, which also houses the beautiful Hotel MiraCosta. Sail with a gondola or the DisneySea Transit Steamer Line through this harbor and admire the beautiful construction of this area. In the evening, don't forget to watch the show on this lake, this is 1 of the highlights in this park.
- Mermaid Lagoon: This indoor area is ideally suited for small children. Dive into the underwater world of Ariel and discover the beautiful coral reefs while the children have fun in, for example, the Blowfish Balloon Race, Jumpin Jellyfish and The Whirlpool. Outside you will also find a fun children's roller coaster: Flounder's Flying Fish Coaster.
- Mysterious Island: Hidden in the center of the iconic volcano that you can see from throughout the park you will find Mysterious Island. Here you go deep into the sea while aboard a submarine in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. In addition, here you can go even much deeper to the center of the earth in the absolute top attraction Journey to the Center of the Earth.
- Port Discovery: Discover the world of science and technology in this port of the future. Board Nemo & Friends SeaRider and hoover over the water in Aquatopia. From here you can also board the Electric Railway that takes you to American Waterfront.
- Arabian Coast: Experience the magic of 1001 nights in this exotic land where fairy tales come to life. Float along on the magical carpets of Jasmine. Immerse yourself in the tales of Sindbad in his Storybook Voyage and visit the Magic Lamp Theater to come face to face with the Genie from Aladdin.
- Lost River Delta: Go on an adventure in a lost world full of ancient ruins of Indiana Jones. This park even features 2 attractions from this popular movie series. In the roller coaster Raging Spirtis you will even loop while racing through the excavations of an ancient temple and in Temple of the Crystal Skull you will go at high speeds through a temple to escape from the Crystal Skull.
- American Waterfront: Experience the atmosphere of an American city at the beginning of the 20th century. This section includes the Tower of Terror, which has a completely different theme here from the other parks. In addition, you can also do battle in Toy Story Midway Mania and set foot aboard a real steamship.
- Fantasy Springs: The newest addition to this fantastic park is Fantasy Springs, in this area you will find attractions from as many as 3 popular Disney movies. Sail with Rapunzel to the annual Lantern Festival, Step into the world of Frozen and ride along in Anna and Elsa's Frozen Journey and go on a ride with Peter Pan in Peter Pan's Never Land Adventure. For smaller visitors, there will also be rides in Fairy Tinker Bell's Busy Buggies.
This park has an enormous amount to offer to its visitors and we recommend spending at least 2 days to experience everything in this park.
