SeaWorld Abu Dhabi on Yas Island is a unique marine experience with the largest indoor aquarium in the world! There are 8 themed areas (called realms) with exciting attractions, impressive animals and beautiful shows. Through the ‘One Ocean’ theme, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi shows the interconnectedness of life on Earth and the ocean. Animal welfare is paramount, because of this, entertainment is also combined with education.
The 8 Realms at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi:
- One Ocean is the central area of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and highlights the connectedness of all oceans. Here you can view 360-degree media shows of the underwater world.
- Abu Dhabi Ocean celebrates the rich marine life of the Arabian Gulf and the surrounding region. Enjoy interactive exhibits and see stingrays, an Indian manatee and sea turtles.
- Rocky Point reflects the rugged coastline of the northern Pacific Ocean. Here you will find a sea lion show but also stand eye-to-eye with these animals! Here you will also find seals, clawed otters and pelicans.
- MicroOcean shows that the smallest creatures can also make the biggest impact! It is an area where therefore children can also play, climb, run & you will find multiple attractions.
- Tropical Ocean is inspired by the colorful and vibrant tropical oceans. Here you will find dolphins, flamingos and other tropical birds. In this area you will enjoy shows and attractions, such as the impressive manta roller coaster!
- Artic takes you to the icy waters of the Arctic Ocean. See puffins, walruses and sea otters. Not to mention, take a peek under the waves in the Hypersphere 360° attraction!
- Antartica makes the South Pole come alive with impressive exhibits and ‘penguin playground. Then most important of all, as many as 6 different species of penguins live in this area!
- Endless Ocean is one of the highlights with the largest indoor aquarium in the world! Here you can view thousands of impressive sea creatures and dive underwater without actually getting wet.
This activity is not included with the Go City Pass Dubai/Abu Dhabi. If you are staying at the WB Abu Dhabi Hotel or Hilton Yas Island hotel, tickets for this activity are included as standard.
