Florivida is the travel company for theme trips to destinations such as Orlando, California, Dubai and Asia. Our clients include lovers of theme parks, cruises and unique experiential travel. During your internship, you will be part of the team that makes these trips a reality.
During your internship at Florivida, you will participate in the entire process of putting together trips. You will convert conversations of our travel experts into clear travel proposals, get to know our destinations and support administrative tasks such as booking hotels and tickets. In addition, you answer customer questions by email, take simple phone calls and transfer other questions to the appropriate colleagues. You also make sure that travel documents are sent on time and that travelers always get clear answers to their additional questions. A varied internship in which you get a lot of responsibility and directly contribute to an enjoyable travel experience for our customers.
You are service-oriented, communicate clearly and keep an overview, even when there is a lot going on at once. You are a valuable member of our team.
You are pursuing a college degree in tourism, leisure, hospitality or a commercial field
You have a passion for travel and get energy from helping customers
You communicate clearly, friendly and flawlessly in Dutch
You work accurately and in a structured manner, even when you have multiple tasks at once
You think in solutions and shift gears quickly when activities change
You feel responsible within a team and jump in when needed
