20 years of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, all the details!

Hong Kong Disneyland exists 20 years this year, and they are celebrating! Starting in the summer of 2025, the party will erupt and you will experience a year of pure magic during “The Most Magical Party of All!” Celebrate with your favorite Disney characters, enjoy brand-new shows, festive parades and sample the tastiest themed snacks.

Friendtastic! Parade, with 11 new floats and costumes

Enjoy a festive daytime parade featuring more than 11 unique groups of Disney characters! Once the music kicks in, the party begins and the atmosphere only gets more magical as the colorful floats and dancers appear. There is going to be a big celebration as this will be the largest parade ever within the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Exactly which characters will participate remains a surprise for now. What we do know: Mickey & Friends open the parade, Casita Madrigal rides by with several Encanto characters, and the grand finale is a tribute to the Disney princesses with, of course, a nod to the Castle Or Magical Dreams.

Special edition of Momentous, including drones

A magical party deserves a spectacular ending! End your day at Hong Kong Disneyland with the special 20th anniversary edition of the evening show Momentous. This stunning spectacle brings together projections, fireworks and drones into one breathtaking whole.

As evening falls, colorful projections fill the Castle of Magical Dreams and the buildings of Main Street, U.S.A. with iconic Disney stories. The sky above the park will be illuminated by a spectacular combination of fireworks and mesmerizing drone choreography. With additional surprises and a festive atmosphere, this anniversary edition of Momentous An unforgettable ending to your day!

New anniversary show at the castle

Swing along with the brand new daytime show for the Castle of Magical Dreams, along with Mickey & Friends! Duffy and his friends as well as the Disney princesses will also take part in this festive show. Although all the details have not yet been revealed, the show promises to be a scintillating mix of recognizable music, heartwarming scenes and a heavy dose of energy!

Celebrations throughout the resort!

In addition to all the extra entertainment, the decoration in the park and the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels is also completely in party mood. The entire resort is immersed in a magical party atmosphere, wherever you are, you feel that there is something to celebrate!

And what's a party without unique Disney snacks? Currently, it has already been announced that you can temporarily enjoy special Mickey & Friends cupcakes, glitter cupcakes and many more Instagram-worthy treats! These special snacks will only be available during Hong Kong Disneyland's 20th anniversary celebration.

World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort
